On Monday, August 14, the former actress took to her Instagram, @kristinaconcepcion, to post a reel containing photos and videos of herself in Switzerland.

In her online post, KC talked about growing up in the public eye. She then asked netizens what makes them feel calm and how they chill out when needed.
