In her video post, one can see Kris once again doing some “curb walking” exercises while holding the leash of her dog.
It can be recalled that the actress also did some curb walking the other day, which she said was very tiring.
She didn’t say what the exercise is for, though some netizens surmise it might have something to do with her pregnancy and impending delivery.

In her recent video post on IG Stories, the actress, in a caption, thanked her “she-zums” for taking some time to also share their own experiences and for their “pieces of advice” to her.
The actress also thanked them for sending her lots of encouragement throughout her pregnancy period, which she already revealed in the past to be a bit difficult.
“Thank you, she-zums, for taking the time to share your experiences, pieces of advice, and sending me lots of encouragement,” Kris wrote in a caption on her video post.
She also wrote the word “Grateful” in big, bold letters near the bottom of the video.
Kris, through a series of posts in the past, is eagerly waiting for her baby’s arrival, which is due to be delivered within the month of August.

It can be recalled that Kris announced in a previous social media post that her due date of delivery is within the month of August. Several days ago, some of her fans and followers thought that she already gave birth after posting a video of her sitting on a bench similar to those seen in waiting areas of various facilities. Kris immediately dispelled the rumor by showing another video of her the following day having her hair done, with a caption saying “di pa ako nanganganak.”
In another previous post, Kris also revealed just how tired she got after doing some curb walking. In her post showing the actress in what appeared to be the interior of an elevator, one can see her leaning heavily on a rail with a tired look in her eyes. She didn’t say why she decided to do some curb walking, though it may be related to her impending delivery. It can be recalled that Kris has previously announced on social media that her delivery due date is within the month of August.
