Social media has erupted with the pilot episode of "It's Showtime" on GMA-7.

What made the moment more historic was the joining of forces among ABS-CBN and GMA-7 stars.

One of the snippets from the show that has quickly gone viral was when Kapuso star Barbie Forteza asked Vice if she could greet the audience, and then went on to say the iconic "Showtime" line, "What's up madlang pipol?"

The crowd certainly went wild the moment that Barbie finished delivering her spiel.

Earlier, Vice Ganda had an unkabogable performance at the GMA Artist Center, which is actually a first for the comedian.

Some Kapuso stars who joined the pilot episode of "It's Showtime," include Sanya Lopez, Barbie Forteza, Rayver Cruz, Rodjun Cruz and Pokwang.

Barbie Forteza is a popular Filipino television actress and model. She has been in the limelight for her beauty and remarkable talent in acting. Her debut came about in GMA’s "Stairway To Heaven," where she acted the role of young Jodi in 2009. She also appeared in a television drama romance known as "First Time" in 2010. Barbie is currently in a relationship with Jak Roberto.

She got closer to her goal of having her dream house. In a social media post, the 25-year-old actress shared a photo from the groundbreaking ceremony of her future home. The “Maria Clara at Ibarra” star also expressed how proud she is of herself for unlocking the said milestone. Celebrities like Jak Roberto, Julie Anne San Jose, Carla Abellana and Andrea Torres then congratulated Barbie.

The star ecstatically shared a post about her under-construction house. She published a photo giving a glimpse of her three-storey home. As seen in her post, the Kapuso star’s dream house is about to come to life. Jak Roberto, Manilyn Reynes, Lovely Abella, Jerald Napoles and other celebrities then penned positive comments.
