Sen. Tito Sotto was interviewed live by Cristy Fermin on the latter's show, "Cristy Ferminute."
The senator addressed questions concerning the transfer of Tito, Vic, and Joey, to TV5.
Cristy Fermin relayed the question of many of their viewers to the senator, with regard to the possible date that the show would be launching in the Kapatid network.
"Kailan po ang paglulunsad ng 'Eat Bulaga' sa Kapatid network?" Crisy asked.

The senator answered that while they may want it to be launched as soon as possible, they also considered the rate that they were going, along with the preparations that they were making since they are trying to establish a TV production company.
"Gusto po sana namaing as soon as possible, pero at the rate we're going, dahil sa mga preparasyon at tinatatag kaming TV production company, pinaka-latest na siguro first week of July. Baka yun pinaka-launching nun," the senator explained.
"Eat Bulaga" is the longest-running noontime variety program on Philippine television. The show premiered on July 30, 1979. Its pioneer hosts include showbiz icons Vic Sotto, Joey de Leon, and Tito Sotto. "Eat Bulaga" went back live on air with its new lineup of hosts.

The comedian talked about the transfer of their trio, TVJ to TV5 - He then reminisced about an old show on TV5, titled, "Wow Mali." Joey then expressed his thoughts on the said show and stated that when the word "mali" is flipped, it turns into "lima."
