Ryza Cenon was recently praised by netizens on social media after raising awareness about breàst cancer in one of her latest online posts on Instagram.

In her viral post, shared on Tuesday, August 16, KAMI learned that the celebrity mom shared her experience after visiting the Asian Breàst Center.

While she was at the clinic, Ryza got her Digital Mammography done, as well as her Breàst Ultrasound and consultation.

According to Ryza, they are not getting any younger which is why she is raising awareness about breàst cancer to other women out there.

"Kasi alam niyo naman, hindi na tayo bata. Kaya I am imploring all of my fellow women, especially if you’re 35 or older at lalo na kung may history kayo ng cancer sa family niyo, to please make these tests a part of your annual medical routine. Wag na maghintay na may symptoms na makita or maramdaman before magpa-check up," she wrote.

She then went on to thank the clinic, as well as her friend, Chynna Ortaleza for encouraging her to get the check up.

"I highly recommend that you get checked sa @asianbreastcenter with Dr. Norman and his accommodating and caring staff. Thank you Febe @chynsortaleza for encouraging me na ipa-check ko na rin and Ms. @jenizamann14 sa pag-aasikaso," Ryza wrote.

By the end of her post, Ryza shared that the results of her tests were okay and that it was not painful at all.

"Ok naman naging results ko. And hindi po masakit, tsaka if masakit man po aalalayaan kayo ng nurse, tatanungin naman po kayo if nasasaktan po kayo or not. Sa experience ko po hindi naman po," she shared.

Ryza Cenon is a Filipina actress, dancer, model and painter. She was hailed as the Ultimate Female Survivor of StarStruck Season 2, a show under GMA Network. The celebrity mom gave birth to her baby named Night on October 31, 2020. The star is currently in a relationship with Miguel Cruz.

However, Night got over it and did okay at school, which Ryza commended in her post. She also talked about feeling anxious during her son's first day at school.

Meanwhile, Ryza greeted her husband, Miguel Cruz, on his birthday. On her Instagram account, Ryza uploaded some sweet photos she and Miguel took with their son, Night. In her viral post, Ryza thanked Miguel for constantly loving and supporting her and baby Night. She also expressed her gratitude for Miguel for always having her back as well.
