Among the celebrities who reacted were Ara Mina, Dianne Medina, and digital creator, Jeck Maierhofer.

"Beautiful marsy," Dianne wrote to which Melissa answered, "Salamat mars." Meanwhile, Ara wrote, "Ganda mo, Mel! Bagay yung Filipiniana sayo." Flattered, Melissa wrote, "Yaaaay! thanks, thanks!"

Meanwhile, Jeck called Melissa a "mayora" in her viral post, complimenting the actress's beauty as well.
