The Makati City Prosecutor’s Office dismissed the complaints involving alleged illegal detention, physical injuries, and violations of the Anti-Torture Act. Ramos addressed the development during an interview with Nelson Canlas that aired on 24 Oras on September 15.
The actress recalled learning about the decision while she was working on set, leaving her with little time to immediately process the news.
"I was on set nung nakita ko yung news. So I didn't really have the opportunity to really let it sink in and to think about it," she said.

Ramos then shared a brief but firm response when asked about the development and whether she expected the complaints to be dismissed.
"I know the truth. We've always said the truth will come out in due time, and the truth will set us free. I guess that's all I can say about if I expected it or not."
Her statement came after the prosecutor’s office dismissed the complaints brought against her, Dee, and Panlilio.
While the legal development became part of the interview, Ramos also talked about what she has been doing professionally following her recent travels.
The actress revealed that she had recently returned to work and was beginning to tape for a new GMA program. She described the upcoming project as action-packed, although she remained cautious about revealing too many details.
"I've been traveling a lot. But recently I just went back to work. I'm starting to tape for a show in GMA. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to be the first. It's action-packed."
Ramos also expressed excitement over the opportunity, noting that taking on an action-oriented role had been something she wanted to do for a long time.
"Actually, matagal ko nang gustong maging action star, so I'm glad that I'm finally getting this moment," the actress happily said.
The project gives Ramos an opportunity to explore a genre she has long wanted to try, adding another development to her career as she returns to television work.
