Bituin Escalante took to Twitter and expressed her sentiment at the manner by which the statue of the late Sen. Ninoy Aquino was almost covered by the tent at the BBM-Sara rally in Tarlac.

The singer then added, "Ganyan talaga asal ninyo?"

Bongbong Marcos and Sara Duterte held its mini-rally in Tarlac today.
The statue of Ninoy was covered, hence it cannot be seen from the stage.
Photos of the statue and the tent became viral on social media.
The mayor of Tarlac, Mayor Cristy Angeles, is supporting the candidacy of Bongbong Marcos.
It can be recalled that when VP Leni Robredo held its rally in Tarlac, people were shouting "wala si Cristy."
It was not mentioned though if they were referring to their mayor.
