It’s ‘all systems go’ for Gretchen Ho’s schooling at the prestigious Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts.

The TV presenter and former volleyball star was accepted for a short course at the Harvard Business school nearly two years ago.

However, her dream of going into the prestigious university, at the time, was delayed due to the onset of the coronavirus pandemic.

Today, it would seem that she’s finally getting her dream back as she prepares to step inside one of the oldest universities in the world that has produced presidents, innovators, and business leaders.

In a recent post on Twitter, Gretchen poses outside an old building resembling a church with what appeared to be the white spire of the Harvard Business School building slightly visible to the left of the photo.

“Ready for School,” Gretchen wrote in the caption of her post.

In a previous report by CNN Philippines, Gretchen said she would be taking up the short course called “The Business of Entertainment, Media & Sports” at Harvard.

The university, which is located in Boston, Massachusetts, is known as one of the Ivy League schools, a title referring to the top and best schools in the United States.

Aside from Harvard, other Ivy League schools include Yale, Princeton, Cornell, Dartmouth, and Brown.

According to an Inquirer report more than a year ago, Gretchen admitted getting “kilig to the bones” when she learned she would be going to Harvard.

“KILIG TO THE BONES. Lagpas ulo ang kilig ko this morning when I received the news that I’d been accepted at Harvard Business School!” Gretchen admitted.

ABS-CBN reported that the short course has around 80 celebrity enrollees every year, which included, Hollywood star Channing Tatum, as well as basketball greats, Chris Bosh and Dwayne Wade.

Gretchen did not say for how long she would be staying in the United States.

Netizens reacted favorably to her news, with many of them rooting for the TV presenter.

Gretchen Ho is a television host and former volleyball player in the Philippines. She played volleyball for the Ateneo Lady Eagles from 2008 to 2013. Her popularity rose when she became a co-host on Umagang Kay Ganda, TV Patrol, and The Score.

She is grateful to Hidilyn for allowing her to hold and inspect the prestigious medal. The sports reporter was feeling extremely emotional as she interacted with the Philippines’ first Olympic gold medalist.

Gretchen Ho thrilled her fans and followers with a new episode of her YouTube vlog. In the new episode, she gave a special glimpse of her condominium unit, showing the different areas of her home. She explained that she loves living in a condo unit because of the freedom, independence and solitude it provides her. The popular host also showed off her luxurious car -- a blue Geely Azkarra.
