"Hi, Aileen. There is no war. You don't have to fight today. You can just rest a bit and sleep it off. I know you're trying your best and you always have. There are just days when we don't have to fight or give in. There is no war. You can sleep today off and cancel your plans. Let your body and mind rest and rejuvenate. I don't know exactly what you're feeling but if it's the constant mood swings and the negative thoughts, you can shut it down by resting. You don't need to give it power."
