Jelai Andres shared her message for her former husband Jon Gutierrez and his current partner as she reflected on their past relationship and expressed her hopes for their future.

During her guest appearance on "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" on Monday, July 20, Jelai opened up about what she wanted to tell Jon after their marriage was officially annulled. When host Boy Abunda asked if she had a message for her former husband, Jelai said she still wished for his growth, peace, and success in life.

She shared that despite everything they had gone through, she continued to hope that Jon had become a better person and would continue holding on to the values she once encouraged him to follow.

"Wini-wish ko pa rin na...wish ko mas better na siya ngayon, mas better ka na ngayon kaysa dati. At sana wag mo kalimutan…kung nakalimutan mo 'yung tinuturo ko na lagi kang magdadasal. Pinakilala ko sa'yo 'yung Diyos, sana mapagpatuloy mo 'yun at wini-wish ko 'yung peace mo, pa rin at sana mayroon ka rin nun na katulad ko. Gusto ko pa rin na maging successful siya sa buhay."

Boy then brought up reports that Jon already has a new partner. He clarified that he wanted to approach the topic respectfully and asked Jelai what message she would give to the woman now in Jon's life.

Jelai addressed Jon's current partner directly, saying that she hoped the woman would take care of and protect him. She also expressed her wish that the situation would not lead to the same problems she experienced in their previous relationship.

"Para sa babae pong kasama ng ex ko, sana ingatan mo s'ya at pangalagaan mo siya, protektahan mo siya para hindi na makaperwisyo ng iba, sa'yo na lang. Baka matulad pa, baka may mangyari pang katulad sa akin. So, keep mo na lang siya."
