It's a video of her, in which she is performing the song Titanium by David Guetta and Sia, in front of a huge crowd.
Apparently, the clip was filmed during Bongbong Marcos and Sara Duterte's campaign rally.
The said video has received numerous comments from netizens as well.

Toni Gonzaga is a famous actress, television host, and YouTube star in the Philippines. She married director Paul Soriano on June 12, 2015, in Taytay, Rizal. Toni then gave birth to their first child, Severiano Elliott or Seve, on September 30, 2016.
In a previous report by KAMI, Toni uploaded adorable videos of her son Seve and they went viral online. In the video, Seve can be seen buying ice cream with his father, Paul Soriano.
