It’s Showtime host Jhong Hilario received an adorable and heartfelt welcome from his daughter Sarina after returning home from a work trip.

Jhong shared a video on Instagram showing his partner, Maia Azores, and their daughter waiting for him at the airport. The reunion quickly became a sweet father-daughter moment as Sarina excitedly waited for her dad with a handwritten sign.
The celebrity kid held up a white piece of paper bearing the word “DADDY” as she waited for Jhong to arrive. Upon seeing his daughter, the actor-host could not hide his happiness.
“Someone is waiting for me. Surprise,” Jhong said in the video.

Sarina immediately ran to her father and gave him a warm hug as they reunited at the airport. Their sweet interaction touched many viewers, especially after Jhong had previously shared how difficult it was for him to leave his daughter for work.
The welcome did not end at the airport, however. When they arrived home, Jhong was greeted by another thoughtful surprise prepared by Sarina. Handwritten messages and drawings were displayed on a wall, giving the actor-host another touching reminder of how much his daughter missed him while he was away.
The heartwarming homecoming came after Jhong previously documented an emotional moment between him and Sarina before his work trip. In the earlier video, Sarina cried after Jhong told her that he needed to leave for a few days because of work.
“Ang hirap umalis ng ganito... Work lang si Daddy ng ilang araw mahal ko.. I love you so much!” he wrote.
Jhong and Maia welcomed Sarina in March 2021. Since then, the couple has regularly shared glimpses of their family life with their daughter, including precious bonding moments and family travels.
