Gabbi Garcia's grandmother passed away on Monday, November 18.
KAMI learned that the Kapuso sweetheart posted on her Instagram account a heartwarming message for her Lola who just died recently.
Gabbi wished for her grandmother to rest well and have fun in heaven. She also lovingly wrote that her Lolo is now waiting for her Lola and they will now have unlimited dates.
