Kapamilya actress Julia Barretto finally explained her side regarding the serious claim of a social media user about her controversial and deleted Instagram post.

KAMI learned that a netizen accused the gorgeous celebrity of copying someone’s statement and posting it on her own social media account “without attributions.”

The netizen even showed an evidence that the photo and words posted by the former “Ngayon at Kailanman” star were not really from her.

After the serious accusation made rounds online, Julia decided to clarify it through the comment section of Cosmopolitan Philippines post.

She pointed out that she tagged the writer and photographer when she posted the photo and it is not in her vocabulary to plagiarize someone’s work.

The actress also stated that it would have been a better move if her side was taken first before the media posted the accusation against her.

“I’ve always loved working with your team and would have appreciated if you guys asked me first regarding this matter before going ahead with this article," Julia told Cosmopolitan PH.

“If you had caught that post before I took it down, you would see I tagged rising woman, the photographer and the writer herself. They were all photo tagged. There is absolutely no way I would’ve reposted that and not give credit where credit is due. Love & light,” Julia added.
