Kapamilya actress Liza Soberano decided to speak up regarding the serious injury that she acquired during the taping of her now-defunct teleserye entitled “Bagani.”

KAMI learned that the gorgeous celebrity injured her finger in one of the fight scenes of the said series and she already underwent several operations to recover.

The damage in her right hand also became the reason why Liza withdrew from portraying the iconic and much-talked-about “Darna” role.

In an interview with her manager Ogie Diaz, Liza gave an update about her operation and also showed her operated hand to public for the first time.

The actress expressed that she underwent internal fixation and a stabilizer was also put to help her finger heal.

She also revealed that her injury has worsened because she acquired a bone infection and she will be needing 6 weeks to take antibiotics.

“Hindi na po [babalik sa dati]. May pag-asa naman if magjo-joint replacement. Pero if ifu-fuse, [wala na]… It’s going to be stiff pero it’s going to be medyo normal…” Liza quipped.

“We try to be busy. Nanonood ng movie or grocery shopping. There’s not much to do… Medyo boring… Hindi ako pwedeng pagpawisan…” she added.
