The project came after the actress promised during her November 2025 visit that she would work toward addressing the community's lack of basic necessities.
“So, tulad po ng ipinangako ko last year, November 2025, sinabi natin na mahirap umahon sa buhay kapag wala tayong mga basic necessities tulad ng malinis na tubig,” she explained in the video.
Isabelle also acknowledged Waves for Water, a non-governmental organization that helped make the initiative possible. After coming across her previous video about Ave Maria, the organization reached out and donated a submersible pump and solar panels for the project.
Expressing her happiness over the outcome, Isabelle recognized the people who contributed to making the commitment a reality.
“Honestly, I’m so proud of myself and all of you guys for supporting our mission because we reached it. Last year, we said [that] we wanted to give them clean water and potable water. So here it is. I'm so happy,” she said.
During the visit, representatives from Waves for Water also demonstrated how the filtration system works. To show its effectiveness, Isabelle personally tasted the treated water.
“It's very clean. Napakalinis,” she remarked.
