After Bea Alonzo edged out stars like Angel Locsin, Toni Gonzaga, Dawn Zulueta, and Claudine Barretto, Matteo raised the stakes by introducing 'Queen of Philippine Soap Opera' Judy Ann Santos.

Piolo took time to reflect, looking back at his deep history and massive television and film legacy alongside Juday:

"I’ve been wanting to work with Juday for the longest time... Just like what she said, it has to be the right project because we did five or six movies, a lot of teleseryes, and she’s really helped me a lot in my career."

Hoping that the timing works out before too long, he selected Juday over Bea eventually:

"Sana hindi kami tumanda nang sobra bago magkatrabaho ulit... I’ll go with Juday."

Just when Piolo thought the game was complete, Matteo surprised him by holding up one final card: Matteo's wife, Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo, with whom Piolo starred in the 2015 box-office romance The Breakup Playlist.

The studio audience gasped and cheered as Piolo leaned back in his couch, holding his chest in mock panic at the sudden awkward face-off:
