Saab Magalona calls out a well-known restaurant for overcharging and not providing receipt

Saab Magalona recently tweeted about her horrible experience after ordering food from a well-known restaurant.
She narrated that her driver was the one who picked up her order.
According to her, the staff from the branch of the restaurant, which catered her order charged them more than her expected amount.
The celebrity mom also disclosed that they received order slip without an official receipt.
Another thing she mentioned was a delivery charge was also included though the order was picked up.
"Hi @PancakeHousePh pls PM me, I think one of your branches should be looked into. My driver picked up my order, they charged him almost 100 more than my total and they only gave an order slip, no receipt. They charged me delivery fee too when no delivery was made," she wrote.
"I called the hotline to place my order and my total was only 479pesos. I think kumi-kickback sila''
On the other hand, the restaurant immediately took action and replied to Saab's tweet.
Saab revealed that she got 100% money back from the restaurant after what happened.
"Ok, followed you! They were apologetic and gave me 100% money back but wanted to call your attention bec they couldn’t seem to explain themselves and I don’t want them doing this to other people. Thank you!"
