- His last episode in the number one show was aired on March 27
- Many netizens expressed their opinions upon watching the video
Kapamilya actor Jhong Hilario finally bid his goodbye to the top-rating teleserye, “Ang Probinsyano.”
KAMI learned that the stint of the celebrity as an antagonist in the said drama series already ended yesterday, March 27.
This is because the election campaign period for local candidates will begin on March 29 and all people seeking for position are prohibited from appearing on television.
Because of this, Jhong’s character in “Ang Probinsyano” needed to be killed and his encounter with Cardo Dalisay (Coco Martin) went viral on social media.
Some netizens expressed their disappointment due to the key character’s death but others understood that the actor has to focus on his political campaign.
Here are the reactions of social media users:
“Ang dami talagang napatay ng Election 2019. Political career over anything after all.
“You’re the best, Jhong!

In a previous article by KAMI, Coco Martin finally broke his silence regarding the needed exit of Jhong in the primetime series.
Jhong Hilario is a Filipino actor and politician who is serving as one of the Councilors in Makati City. He is known for antagonist roles on film and television.
Aside from acting, he is also one of the hosts of the noontime show, “It’s Showtime.”
