The multi-awarded actress recently opened up about her priorities and plans for the next chapter of her life during an interview with GMA's Nelson Canlas for 24 Oras.
Bea described her present circumstances as a particularly fulfilling period, saying she has reached a point where she feels genuinely happy.
“Feeling ko nandu'n ako sa place in my life where I'm very-very happy,” she said.

Her positive outlook also appears to have influenced how she views the changes surrounding her wedding plans. The actress previously made headlines in July when she confirmed that she and Vincent had already tied the knot in a civil ceremony.
Although their planned wedding in Spain did not push through in May, Bea explained that she continues to appreciate traveling, particularly visiting European destinations.
“I've never not loved going to Europe. Actually, hindi lang Europe I've always loved traveling,” she shared.
Rather than dwelling on how their original plans changed, the actress believes everything unfolded according to how it was supposed to happen.
“It's really about perspective, so parang feeling ko everything was meant to happen, the way it happened. Even 'yung honeymoon, it was meant to happen that way,” she explained.
She further pointed out that reaching a place of contentment makes it easier to understand and accept unexpected developments.

“Everything happens for a reason and yeah, parang masasabi mo lang 'yun kapag na-reach mo 'yung life mo where you are happy and you're contented,” Bea added.
Looking ahead, the actress wants to make room for something beyond her professional responsibilities. After working on projects such as the series Whispers from Heaven and an upcoming movie, she hopes to spend more time nurturing her personal relationships and preparing for family life.
“Honestly, I would like to give a lot of time for my personal life also. To build a family, ganyan,” she revealed.
“So, yeah, that's what's next for me,” she added.
Having entered the entertainment industry at just 13, Bea reflected on how much of her life she has dedicated to acting. Now that she has turned 39, she feels it is important to make choices that bring her happiness.
“I've been acting since I was 13 and I just turned 39, parang feeling ko now is the time to actually just pick whatever makes you happy,” she said.
She also compared this period to a season of harvesting after years of hard work and contributions to the entertainment industry.
“Parang harvest season na ngayon. Parang nagtanim ka na ng marami, so parang I would like to believe na kahit on and off screen, I would like to believe na nakapagtanim na ako sa mga fans ko, sa mga tao ng trabaho ko, that they would somehow remember.”
Meanwhile, Bea also shared some memorable moments from her honeymoon with Vincent in Italy last month.
Their visit to Venice coincided with the Venice Film Festival and the Regatta, making the city particularly crowded and busy.
“Nung nagpunta kasi kami, na-timingan na Venice Film Festival, tapos Regatta rin. So, ang dami, very chaotic 'yung city,” she recalled.
The actress also admitted that she had hoped to spot some international celebrities during their visit, especially Hollywood personalities she admired.
“Tapos sabi ko, 'My gosh!' Siyempre, nag-aabang ako. Sabi ko, 'Sana makakita ako ng Hollywood star.' 'Yung mga idol ko, 'di ba? Unfortunately, wala akong nakita.”
Despite missing the opportunity to encounter her favorite stars, Bea's account offered another glimpse into her honeymoon experience and the happiness she currently enjoys with her husband.
Bea Alonzo is an iconic Filipino actress and box office star recognized for her acclaimed performances in blockbuster romantic films like One More Chance and The Mistress. In another report, Bea Alonzo shared her plans to spend more time on her personal life and build a family with her husband, Vincent Co. The actress said Vincent respects her individuality and supports the things that bring her happiness. After fulfilling her commitments to Whispers From Heaven and an upcoming movie, Bea intends to slow down her showbiz activities.
Meanwhile, Bea Alonzo celebrated her birthday with Vincent Co, family, and friends, sharing moments from the gathering in an Instagram reel.
