Video of Marlo Mortel getting confronted onstage by drunk audience goes viral

Marlo Mortel shared a video clip of how he got confronted onstage by an audience, whom they said was allegedly drunk.
KAMI learned that Marlo was a celebrity guest at the fiesta of the Municipality of Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro.
The actor/singer was onstage delivering a very nice ballad and was joined in by a lady in a yellow shirt.
Marlo put his arm around the shoulders of the lady, then the lady took a selfie. However, a guy in gray came up the stage and joined in the selfie.
He didn't stop there though, he pointed to the lady and was saying something to Marlo with enraged eyes.
Police came up the stage and escorted him away. Another woman ushered the lady in the yellow short away.

It took several seconds before Marlo was able to resume singing.
According to Marlo's post, there were times that he got into wild encounters but at that precise moment, he really got scared.

Marlo captioned his post by saying:
"I’ve had a few wild encounters during shows but this time I actually got scared. I didn’t know how to react, we were told that he was drunk. As performers, we put ourselves in a vulnerable position everytime we go out. We genuinely want to make you guys happy but we do ask for a little bit of respect in return. Tao lang din po kami."
