She married Jansen Cunanan in 2005 and had a son. The couple separated for undisclosed reason but according to a report by TFC's Balitang America, Tootsie got married to Mike Monaco, an Italian-American in 2012.

Guevarra became a marketing executive in the healthcare industry.
