Derek Ramsay gave a heartfelt birthday greeting to his daughter, Lily, whom he shares with his estranged wife, Ellen Adarna, as the little girl turned two years old.

On Thursday, October 22, the actor and celebrity dad took to social media to share a lovely photo of himself with Lily. In the snap, the birthday girl could be seen adorably smiling while looking at her father, capturing a sweet moment between the two.

Along with the photo, Derek expressed his love for Lily through a touching birthday message. He began by reflecting on the little girl's affectionate gaze and how much it meant to him.

The vehicle's owner also acknowledged the traffic violation and apologized over the issue involving the unauthorized modification of its license plate. Meanwhile, authorities impounded the luxury car as the investigation continued to determine the appropriate penalties.
