Nadia Montenegro, 49, has recently been interviewed by the one and only, Ogie Diaz, on his YouTube channel.
The episode, which aired on Wednesday, July 14, featured the actress talking about the several changes in her life.
KAMI also learned that among the issues that were discussed was the story behind the actress helping someone from the industry back then.
It can be worth recalling that back in August of 2020, Nadia, alongside Chuckie Dreyfus, released a joint statement about ending their support for John Regala.
According to the two veteran actors, John has been a "very uncooperative and difficult individual."
During the interview, Ogie asked if Nadia has ever learned her lesson after helping someone from the industry.
"Ikaw, alam ko, sa showbiz sobra kang visible pag merong isang taga-industriya na nangangailangan ng tulong. Laging nakapronta si Nadia.
"Hindi ka ba nadala sa isang pangyayari na kayo na yung nagkukusa, kayo na yung nagre-raise ng fund, tapos nakwestiyon kayo?"
According to Nadia, "Isa yan sa pinakadinamdam ko, four days akong in darkness nun. Di ko makakalimutan yun.
"Yan yung literal talagang alam mong ang linis ng konsensya mo, na you want to make everything right, na gusto mo lang tumulong.
"Tipong ang sabi ko, 'Ano ba 'to? Apat na beses na 'tong nagte-trending, wala pa rin bang tutulong dito? Kaya tutulong na lang ako.' Hindi ko naman pala alam na soap opera pala."
Despite being judged by the public for ending their support for John, Nadia revealed she has no regrets.
"I will never regret helping anyone. Nakikita naman ni Lord lahat yan eh. Ako kasi Ogs, ang mantra ko ah, do everything that is right even when no one is watching."
However, when Ogie asked if she is still helping the former actor, Nadia said no, sharing that she was traumatized by it, "Na-trauma talaga ako."
