Janella Salvador became controversial after her former P.A. Michele Pelongco went to Idol Raffy and sought his help to retrieve the P3,600 unpaid salary from Janella.
The handler of Janella promised to give a statement but they have not gone live on RTIA.
Janella, on the other hand, took to My Day, and posted the salary rate of kasambahays, encircling the P5,000.
It was an insinuation that Michelle, being a kasambahay, is receiving more as she is given P8,000.
However, there was a non-disclosure agreement where the job description of Michelle was clearly that of a personal assistant. A DOLE lawyer also stated that the job description of a personal assistant and a kasambahay are very different.
So a personal assistant must receive the regular minimum wage daily, which Sir Raffy summed up could reach at least P13K per month.
