“When I was four years old, my brother was diagnosed with autism. He was nonverbal, Kuya. So when my mom used to talk to the child psychologist, they told my mom to use only one language in the household because having two might confuse him,” the reality star explained.

Now 19, her brother still possesses the mental development of a much younger child. This difficult dynamic has left her carrying an immense emotional burden.

“I feel quite guilty, Kuya, saying this because I love my brother so much. But I don't think our relationship is as deep as other people's sibling relationships,” she admitted.

Unloading years of suppressed emotions, she confessed to feeling deeply ashamed of her brother in the past when constantly comparing her situation to her friends' sibling dynamics.

"When I look back to when I was younger, I used to be embarrassed of him. It's so... It's so rude. And this is why I feel guilty of it," she tearfully shared inside the Confession Room.

On the other hand, Anthony utilized the ongoing language task to reflect deeply on his own heritage, explaining that being isolated inside the house has dramatically strengthened his connection to his Filipino roots.

“Being here in the Philippines, it has just given me so much, Kuya. Whether that's knowledge or whether that's strength or whether that's knowing where my family roots are from, I'm able to think about stuff that I've never thought about before,” he stated.

The young male housemate revealed that his intense drive to embrace the local culture is his personal way of honoring his late grandparents.

He could not hold back his tears when expressing how much he desperately missed them, especially since his grandmother's birthday recently coincided with Halloween.

“I know that they're smiling and they're probably laughing at me when I'm speaking in Tagalog. But you know what? I know that I would just feel happy to talk to them in any language,” he confessed, before quietly adding, “I just miss them. I really miss them, Kuya.”

The highly emotional confessions aired during the weekend broadcast of the hit reality series. The television show continues to air its daily episodes on the GMA Network, chronicling the remaining contestants as they prepare to face a brand-new week of grueling tasks and impending nominations.
