2 coronavirus-infected patients in the Philippines have recovered
- There are 111 confirmed cases of novel coronavirus in the Philippines as of March 14
- The Department of Health (DOH) announced recently that two of them have recovered from the disease
- The said patients were listed as PH1 and PH3 who are both Chinese tourists
- The government, armed forces, and medical professionals are now taking measures to avoid the spread of the said virus

The Department of Health (DOH) recently confirmed that there are two patients who have recovered already from the fatal novel coronavirus disease.
KAMI learned that the said COVID-infected individuals, who are both Chinese residents, were listed as PH1 and PH3.
PH1 was able to survive the disease after more than 2 weeks of being confined in San Lazaro Hospital over mild cough.
She was a 38-year-old tourist from Wuhan, China and she traveled to Cebu, Dumaguete, and Manila.

Another patient who has recovered from the novel coronavirus is PH3. She is a 60-year-old Chinese tourist who went to Bohol and Cebu.
According to the health department, the said patient is now virus-free and has returned to China already.
As of this writing, there are 111 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the Philippines. Metro Manila is currently under “community quarantine” to avoid the spread of the said disease.

Novel coronavirus has been declared as pandemic because of the number of people who have been infected globally. In the Philippines, there are 8 people who died from the said virus.
