On social media on Monday, September 7, DJ Chacha pointed out that those responsible for enforcing traffic regulations should also be the first to obey them.
She wrote, "Kung kayo mismo ang nagpapatupad ng batas-trapiko, dapat kayo rin ang unang sumusunod dito."
DJ Chacha further emphasized that enforcing discipline among motorists becomes difficult when those in authority do not practice the same discipline themselves. She stressed that officials and other individuals responsible for implementing traffic rules should lead by example, as their actions can influence how the public views and follows these regulations.
