While changing clothes before the X-ray procedure, the woman noticed a cellphone hidden under a table and pointed directly at her. She immediately checked the device and was shocked by what she saw.

"Doon ako nerbyos talaga, nanginginig ako. Hindi ko alam yung reaksyon ko. So kinuha ko po yung cellphone. Pagtingin ko naka-video ako ng 11 minutes, 22 seconds."

She added that the recording captured her while she was undrėssing and dressing.

"Nakita ko yung sarili ko nakaubad ako. Kung paano ako naghubad, kung paano rin ako nagbihis."

The victim said she confronted the man, who was allegedly assisting her during the X-ray. According to her, he quickly took back the phone and claimed it had simply hung or malfunctioned. He also allegedly promised to delete the video.

The woman later reported the incident to the police, leading to the arrest of the 25-year-old suspect.

During the investigation, authorities allegedly found several other videos stored on the suspect's cellphone. The victim claimed many of them appeared to show other patients who had undergone X-ray procedures at the same clinic.

"Ang daming video. Lahat talaga ng nagpapa-X-ray nandoon, parang nasa 30 to 50. Puro mga bata siya, puro estudyante."

She also alleged that one of the clinic's employees told her the suspect was not yet a licensed X-ray technician but was only a radiologic technology student.

"Sabi niya, RadTech student daw yan. Mag-e-exam pa lang."

The revelation also raised questions about whether the clinic allowed someone without a professional license to perform X-ray-related duties.

Dr. Edgar Santos of the Manila Health Department said they had not yet received an official report about the incident but would conduct an investigation to determine whether the clinic had complied with all regulatory requirements.

Meanwhile, police said they would seek a cybercrime search warrant to further examine the contents of the suspect's cellphone as part of the investigation.

The suspect, who reportedly claimed he was only serving as a reliever at the clinic, declined to issue a statement after being placed under inquest.

Authorities said he is facing a complaint for alleged violation of the Anti-Photo and Video Act of 2009. He was also charged with alleged falsification of documents after reportedly presenting a fake PWD identification card. If it is confirmed that he was not a licensed X-ray technician, he could also face charges under the Radiologic Technology Act of 1992.
