A man died after being hit by a bus in Quezon City while allegedly fleeing from two children who were chasing him, according to a report aired on SONA.

Based on the report, the man was running away when two children started chasing him. The children were reportedly the sons of a woman whom the man had allegedly harassed earlier.
CCTV footage featured in the report showed the man running along the road moments before he was struck by a passing bus. He collapsed on the street after the impact.
The footage also showed the bus stopping immediately after the incident. Authorities are now reviewing the CCTV recordings as part of their investigation into what happened.

The Quezon City Police District Traffic Sector 3 has taken custody of both the bus and its driver following the incident. The driver is currently detained and is facing a complaint in connection with the case. When approached for a statement, the driver declined to comment on the incident.
Authorities are continuing their investigation to determine the full circumstances surrounding the man's death, including the events that led him to run onto the road.
