Gabbi Garcia is being blamed by some netizens for the reported breakup of the GabRu love team. Speculations have been circulating that the duo won’t be paired with each other in their next project.
According to PEP, some fans claimed that Gabbi seems to be unaffected about the issue and are letting them wait for nothing.
The netizen’s tweet, which has since been deleted, magnified the issue. The fan wrote: “Ano na? Ha? @_gabbigarcia @Rurumadrid8 balewala nalang ba? Huhu. Sana aminin mona!”
The actress addressed the accusation and insisted on a Twitter post that she is not to blame for any decisions regarding her team up with Ruru.
She responded to the blame game by tweeting last night as she wrote, “I just don’t see the point. Why always put the blame on me?”
Gabbi also pointed out that she has always been “loyal” to her love team with Ruru. The pair’s team up began 2015 when they starred in the Kapuso primetime series Let The Love Begin.
Since then, they have worked on other shows such as Encantadia, InstaDad, and My Destiny.
Their last project together was in the primetime series Sherlock Jr., which aired from January 29 to April 27, 2018. Gabbi’s character, Lily, was killed off which prompted rumors of her leaving GMA to transfer to another network. But she shut down the rumors and explained that her departure from the show is not a sign that she wants to leave the network.
She is currently busy rehearsing for her upcoming performance at Manila X.
