A 36-year-old man was fatally shot by a riding-in-tandem on the evening of last Sunday.
The crime took place after 11 PM along Building 3, Barangay 128, Tondo, Manila.
CCTV footage captured the victim and another man seated while the victim appeared to be fixing a motorcycle.
In an interview with GMA 7's 'Unang Balita,' the victim's live-in partner said she was inside their house when the incident occurred.

She only went out when she was called upon by her neighbors screaming that somebody was shot nearby and that it looked like it was her partner.
When she looked at the victim, it was indeed her live-in partner, but already bloodied and lifeless.
The victim was rushed to the hospital for immediate medical attention, but he was pronounced dead on arrival.
According to the police investigations, a gunshot to the head caused the victim's sudden death.
In the follow-up operation of the Manila Police District's homicide section, the suspects were arrested the next day along Honorio Lopez Boulevard.
That's when they discovered that the suspects were knowingly friends with the victim.
Meanwhile, the victim's partner confessed that her partner was a user of illegal drugs.
The suspects are currently detained at MPD and will be charged with murder.
