Former President Rodrigo Duterte received some supportive messages from Senator Bong Go during their recent phone conversation.

According to a video from the Office of Senator Bong Go, which was posted on GMA News’ social media page, Go was able to speak with Duterte on the phone while the senator was on his way to Villamor Air Base from NAIA Terminal 3.
“Nandito lang kami kung anuman ang kailangan ninyo,” Go told Duterte in Visayan language.
He continued, “Kalma lang ang sinasabi ko sa mga tao, dasal lang.”

“Mahal ka ng Pilipino, mahal ka namin. Nandito lang kami sa gate, Sir, ng Villamor,” Go added.

The former president’s arrest was carried out pursuant to a warrant issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC) for alleged crimes against humanity.
The warrant stems from the controversial war on dr&gs during Duterte’s administration, which has been widely criticized for its alleged human rights violations, including extrajudicial killings.
Philip Salvador, along with other supporters of former president Rodrigo Duterte turned emotional following the latter's arrests.
In photos shared by ABS-CBN News, one could see the veteran actor crying as he was also comforting an unnamed woman, who seemed to be sharing his pain.
Also present in the images was Atty. Vic Rodriguez, the former Executive Secretary of President Bongbong Marcos, further highlighting the presence of high-profile allies rallying behind Duterte.
The emotional scenes underscored the deep loyalty and strong support Duterte continues to receive from his inner circle and followers.

A video showing former President Rodrigo Duterte’s longtime partner, Honeylet Avanceña, seemingly trying to prevent the former leader from being taken into custody has gone viral. The video, which was posted on the social media page of their daughter, Veronica or Kitty Duterte and shared by ABS-CBN news on its own page, has since then gone viral.
