Three people lost their lives, while six others were injured in a road accident in Candon City, Ilocos Sur.

CCTV footage captured the moment an SUV struck two motorcycle riders before crashing into the side of the road.

At one point in the video, one of the riders was even seen landing on top of the SUV before it finally came to a stop.

In a report by 'Kabayan' Noli De Castro on ABS-CBN's 'TV Patrol,' a senior citizen who was merely standing by the roadside was also caught in the accident.

The SUV driver is in critical condition while the passenger died.

Included in the casualties were the two motorcycle riders that the SUV crashed onto.

According to the police investigations, the SUV driver was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident.

It was also found out that the SUV driver is a city hall employee of Candon.

In another viral local report, a suitcase containing a dead body of a minor girl was found floating on a river in San Jose, Del Monte, Bulacan. According to a report by Bea Pinlac in GMA 7's 'Unang Balita,' residents of the area have been complaining about the foul odor coming from it. When police authorities came to inspect what was inside the suitcase, they found a bloated body of a minor girl. According to the police, the body was in fetal position, clothes were intact, but wounds were found on her body.
