According to the report, the bodies of Junelyn and her 2-year-old son were discovered inside their room while the body of the 11-year-old boy was found near the kitchen.

Camporedondo used the machete he was using for work as his murder weapon.

According to the investigation, the grandmother of the kids was also targeted by the victim, but she was able to run away.

Junelyn's sibling reportedly told her to break up with the suspect because they had seen violence in his attitude.

The victim's sibling also added the suspect was allegedly using illegal drugs.

The 11-year-old victim also once said their father had threatened to kill them every time their parents fought.

Police Staff Sergeant Ariel Yap said they would find out if the suspect was under the influence of illegal substances when he committed the crime.

Camporedondo was arrested from a hot pursuit operation with the help of barangay patrolmen. He will be charged with multiple counts of murder.
