Cristel Regina Pascual Eugenio, the daughter of the late Lynell Eugenio, recently shared a screenshot of the last convo she had with her dad.

It can be recalled that Lynell was allegedly shot four times by actor John Wayne Sace, causing the former’s death.

In the convo that Cristel shared, one can see the happy exchange she had with her father about buying some “ukay” clothes.

She also included a heart-wrenching caption imploring her father to get up as they still have some shopping to do.

“Papa lika na mag uukay na tayo! Bangon kana dyan please,” Cristel wrote as caption on the convo she shared.

Lynell was allegedly gunned down by John Wayne, who was subsequently arrested by authorities in a hotel in Pasig.

The actor was formally charged with the crime of murder.

John Wayne Sace started as a child actor under ABS-CBN’s Star Magic and joined the popular ASAP boy group AnimE alongside stars like Rayver Cruz. Sace acted in several soap operas but stepped back from the spotlight in the 2010s. He returned in 2021 with a role in FPJ's Ang Probinsyano. In 2016, Sace was injured in a shooting incident where his friend was killed. Both were reportedly on the police's drug watch list due to alleged involvement in illegal substance.

The actor was subsequently arrested in a hotel in Pasig after authorities recognized the background in John Wayne’s post hours after the shooting incident.

Meanwhile, John Wayne’s post a day before he allegedly shot and killed a man named Lynell Eugenio has created a stir on social media. It can be recalled that the actor supposedly shot the victim in an alley in a location in Pasig. In the actor’s post one day before allegedly committing the gruesome crime, he posted “Alam ko plano mo. Mapapanaginipan din kita.” He did not name the person, nor give any indication as to his identity, in this particular post.
