Two senior citizen cousins were found dead in their home at St. Francis Village, in Novaliches, Quezon City.

In the report of Bernadette Reyes of 24 Oras Weekend, a neighbor siad that they noticed the foul smell emanating form the area and thought that it might be that of a dead animal.

A report was made to the homeowners association, and it was immediately checked out.

"Noong naka-receive ako ng report, around 11 in the evening, sabi ko sa mga kasama ko, puntahan na namin. Nakita namin doon sa likuran, sa screendoor niya may mga talsik na ng dugo," Sigfrid Amante, president of the homeowners association said.

It was on Monday when the cousins were last seen.

Police authorities are still waiting for the result of the autopsy report, and did not rule out foul play.
