Netizens were surprised after film producer Ferdy Lapuz shared a video on his Instagram showing the unexpected first meeting of the former couple. In the clip, Coco can be seen walking up to Katherine, giving her a warm, tight hug, and firmly holding her hands while smiling.

Julia Montes, Coco's current reel-to-real partner, was also present at the gathering.

The meeting was held for Coco's new series, Sigabo, which Julia is also a part of. Ferdy expressed deep gratitude to the core team behind the show for giving Katherine a fresh break.
