A terrifying incident unfolded at a diner in Baras, Rizal, as five robbers wearing helmets targeted the establishment on Thursday, assaulting and robbing customers.

The attack, which took place on Marilaque Highway in Barangay Pinugay, was captured on CCTV, revealing the robbers' violence.
One customer suffered a head injury after being hit with a gun for hesitating to hand over his phone.
The robbers also forcibly took other customers' belongings, including cell phones, helmets, and a wristwatch.
One suspect even entered the cashier’s booth, attempting to steal from the cash register, but failed to open it and left.
After the robbery, the victims sought help from nearby police officers. However, according to one victim, the officers refused to assist, stating that the area was not within their jurisdiction.
The staff at the diner believe the robbery was premeditated.
They immediately reported the incident to the Baras Municipal Police, who promptly responded and are now actively investigating the case.
