Two pedicab drivers in Tondo, Manila had an altercation over passengers, resulting in a stabbing incident.
According "24 Oras" report, CCTV footage revealed the victim sitting in front of a store on Wednesday when a man approached and stabbed him in the back.
Despite being injured, the victim managed to stand as the suspect fled the scene.
According to the Manila Police District, the conflict stemmed from a rivalry over passengers.

The suspect was apprehended later that night, where a .38 caliber gun was found in his possession.
He did not deny the crime, explaining that he acted in self-defense due to a prolonged dispute with the victim over passengers.
The victim is now in stable condition.

KAMI also reported about Renz Llorente, a fresh graduate, drowned in Malogo River while celebrating his graduation. He was swimming with friends when the strong current, caused by heavy rain, led to the accident. The incident happened in Barangay Nanca, E.B. Magalona, Negros Occidental. Llorente had just graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Office Administration two days before the tragedy.
