According to the report of GMA News, the retired soldier was trying to move their things.

The victim was 73-year-old Reynaldo Viloria Silapan, a retired 2nd Lieutenan of the Philippine Air Force of Barangay 183 in Pasay City.

Based on Philstar's report, it was around 8:30 a.m. when the victim was declared dead by Dr. Joseph Rene Hallare of the Phil Air Force General Hospital.
