Andrea Brillantes received a lot of positive comments after asking Blackpink members during the latter’s concert in the Philippines to help her propose to Ricci Rivero to go to the prom with her.

However, there were also people who bashed Andrea for what she did during the concert, calling her “papansin” and accusing her of being a “clout chaser.”

After seeing the negative comments, Andrea’s sister Kayla Aan Gorostiza defended the actress from her bashers, as shown on a screenshot shared by Fashion Pulis.

Based on Fashion Pulis’ screenshot of Aan’s Instagram story, she explained that Andrea wanted to get the K-Pop group’s attention because they are her idols. She also urged the bashers to admit that they also want to get Blackpink’s attention like her sister.

She also emphasized that her sister made a lot of effort to ask for Blackpink’s help in her promposal for Ricci.

Furthermore, Ann told those “bitter” bashers to just leave Andrea alone and let her be.

“Yes, yun naman talaga ang point. Fan talaga ang kapatid ko, masama ba kung nag try siya magpapansin sa idoles nya?

In another report, Andrea proudly told her followers on social media that she shares the same birthday as her “Ninong,” Direk Lauren Dyogi. It can be recalled that the famous director and ABS-CBN executive became one of Andrea’s “Ninong” during her baptismal rites when she was already 10 years old. In her post, the actress was seen in a photo with Direk Lauren in an outdoor setting. She also wrote the caption March 12 babies and took the opportunity to greet her “Ninong” a happy birthday.
