In a post dated November 1, Arcilla revealed that all 11 of his dogs who had passed away were cremated. Although he believed they died of old age, the recent controversy made him question whether the ashes returned to him truly belonged to his pets.

“Lahat ng dogs ko were cremated after they crossed the rainbow bridge. Eleven na sila, and by God’s grace, they all passed away due to old age. Some got sick, but certainly because of old age as well. So, how can I confirm if all those urns contain the remains of my rightful furbabies?

Arcilla emphasized that checking these businesses should not be dismissed as an excessive reaction, considering the trust and financial commitment involved when families choose cremation services for their pets.

“HINDI ITO OVERREACTION. We pay a good sum for these services, out of love for our pets, whom we consider members of our families. This is JOHN ARCILLA, one with fur parents who consider their pets part of the family.”
