"From this... to slowly finding my way back to my pre-pregnancy routine. Pregnancy brings so many physical changes, but it also affects us emotionally and mentally in ways we don’t always talk about. Slowly, I’m learning to listen to my body, adjust, and find my rhythm again."
Glaiza also shared a funny detail about how she ended up keeping an active gym schedule as well:
"Fun fact: I enrolled at Anytime Fitness before I got pregnant. Pero tinanong ko pa talaga si @coach_flex kung pwede ko pa bang gamitin yung sessions ko in case mabuntis ako. Sabi niya, 'Oo naman!' So ayun, ending, mas nagamit ko pa yung sessions ko ngayon. 😂"
With delivery day drawing nearer, the expectant mom explained why conditioning her mind and stamina matters just as much as staying fit:
"With just a few months left before meeting our little one, I want to prepare not just my body, but also my mind for childbirth. Hindi ko alam kung gaano kasakit or ka-intense ang experience, but I want to start preparing myself little by little through breathing, body awareness, and learning to stay calm and in control."
She closed her post on an inspiring and determined note:
"One day at a time, one breath at a time. Preparing for the biggest workout of my life. 🥺🤍"
Followers flooded the comments with cheers, praising Glaiza for normalizing the real struggles of pregnancy while inspiring fellow moms to stay healthy and mindful.
