Glaiza shared that her perspective comes from personal experience. She revealed that there was a time when she reunited with a former boyfriend after they had already broken up. At that moment, she genuinely believed he deserved another opportunity.

However, the actress eventually realized that giving that additional chance also gave her the clarity she needed.

According to her, the experience helped confirm what she truly felt and made her understand that there are relationships that simply reach their natural conclusion despite efforts to save them. Instead of regretting her decision, she viewed it as an important lesson that allowed her to move forward without lingering doubts.

Glaiza also explained that offering another chance depends largely on the sincerity of the other person.

“Mararamdaman mo naman 'yun sa tao kung deserve nila. If they're sincere enough,” she explained.

She encouraged people to listen not only to promises but also to their instincts and observations. Before deciding to forgive or reconcile, she believes individuals should first prioritize their own emotional well-being and honestly assess whether the person has truly changed.

While she remains hopeful that people can grow and improve, Glaiza clarified that there are actions that become much harder to forgive.

She pointed out that those who have caused deep emotional wounds, particularly by betraying someone's trust, may no longer deserve another opportunity. For her, trust remains one of the strongest foundations of any relationship, and once it is seriously broken, rebuilding it may not always be possible.
