When Jeff Fernando, known as the show's Chika Authority, asked about her family, Ashley confirmed that things between her and her mother have gradually improved.
“Okay naman kami, nasasabi ko rin naman sa mga tao na when it comes to family problems, I really wanna keep it mas private. Again, since na-open up ko na rin siya sa PBB house, hindi rin maiwasan ng mga tao na itanong 'yan,” she said.

“Ang masasabi ko, things are better than before with my mom. Malaki talaga 'yung tampuhan before, now it's getting better. It's not a big deal anymore for us. Nagmu-move forward [na kami],” she added.
