Ruru Madrid called Bianca Umali the "greatest blessing" he has received in his life as he opened up about how much she changed him.

The Kapuso actor made the heartfelt confession during an episode of Bianca's Simply, B Podcast titled "Paano Ako Natutong Magmahal?"
As they talked about love and their relationship, Ruru recalled the common saying that a person will eventually meet his or her match.
"'Di ba dati parang 'yung mga matatanda, may kasabihan na mahahanap mo rin 'yung katapat mo. 'Di ba laging may ganon, so doon ko napatunayan na totoo pala talaga 'yun," he said.

Ruru admitted that he used to be a hopeless romantic. However, he revealed that before meeting Bianca, he did not see himself settling down with just one person.
That perspective slowly changed after Bianca became part of his life.
"Pero noong nakilala kita, kung paano ka mag-alaga, hindi dahil nasa podcast tayo ngayon at sinasabi ko 'to. Pero totoo 'yun, parang every time na kinukuwento ko rin sa mga kaibigan ko, sa pamilya ko, meron talagang darating sa buhay mo na magpapabago ng pananaw mo sa buhay," he shared.
The actor said it was Bianca's personality and the way she cared for the people around her that made him see love differently.
For Ruru, there eventually came a point when he realized that Bianca was the person he wanted beside him for the rest of his life.
"Bilang isang tao, mararamdaman mo na lang na ito 'yung gusto kong makasama habang buhay," he said.
He also admitted that those feelings were unusual for the younger version of himself.
According to the actor, Bianca did not only change his idea of being in a relationship. She also influenced how he understands love itself.
"Pero ayun nga, binago mo. Binago mo kung sino ako. Binago mo kung papaano ko tignan ang pag-ibig, ang pagmamahal," Ruru told her.
The actor then expressed his gratitude for having Bianca in his life. He shared that whenever he prays, she is among the blessings he continues to be thankful for.
"Lagi ko rin naman sinasabi sayo na ikaw talaga 'yung greatest blessing na natanggap ko sa buhay ko," he said.
During their conversation, Ruru and Bianca also looked back on the challenges they have experienced as a couple. They acknowledged that their relationship has gone through difficult moments, but they continued to choose and support each other.
The two also spoke about how their relationship helped them grow individually. For Ruru, Bianca became not only his partner but also someone who taught him important lessons about life, work, and love.
