Rocco Nacino opened up about a part of his body that he has been insecure about, admitting that he once considered having it reduced.

During his interview on GMA’s “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” on Friday, August 14, Rocco shared with host Boy Abunda that he feels self-conscious about the particular part of his body and had even inquired about ways to reduce it.
“Kung hindi niyo alam, ako'y very insecure sa aking balakang. Para sa akin, pangit tingnan na medyo malaki ang puwet ko. As in nag-inquire na ako kung paano magpabawas ng puwet. Wala lang, napapangitan ako, Tito Boy,” Rocco revealed.
Boy reacted to Rocco's admission by pointing out that some people actually want to enhance that part of their body.

“Ah talaga? Ang iba kasi nagpapadagdag,” the veteran talk show host noted.
Rocco then recalled a conversation he had with his wife, Melissa Gohing, who also questioned why he wanted to reduce it when others were looking to enhance the same body feature.
“'Yon nga po ang sabi ng asawa ko eh, 'Yung iba nga nagpapadagdag pa eh, bakit mo ipapabawas 'yan?'”
The actor said his wife's perspective made him realize that he may need to accept that part of his body instead of trying to change it.
“So, doon ko nasasabi na 'okay, siguro dapat tanggapin ko 'to.' Ayon lang, medyo konting alalay lang sa pagsukat ng mga pants. Kasi hindi lahat, okay sa akin.”
Rocco's candid admission highlighted how even someone in the public eye can have personal insecurities about his appearance, while his wife's perspective encouraged him to embrace the feature he had previously wanted to change.
Rocco Nacino is a Filipino actor and Navy reservist, best known for his work with GMA Network. He is married to Melissa Gohing, a former professional volleyball player. The couple got engaged in November 2020 and tied the knot on January 21, 2021. Their wedding was a unique ceremony held aboard the BRP Davao del Sur, a Philippine Navy ship docked at Pier 13 in Manila.
In the same interview, Rocco shared that he once seriously considered entering politics after being invited and discussing the possibility with several people. He also explained why he eventually chose not to pursue a political career.
Last year, Rocco shared his thoughts on government transparency through social media, questioning the public’s limited access to information about ongoing investigations. He highlighted what he viewed as the irony of selective disclosure and echoed Bianca Gonzalez’s concerns about public frustration over corruption and unequal tax enforcement. The Kapuso actor also called for systemic reforms, including greater transparency in budget hearings and government spending.
