Gerald Anderson took on a special role for the engagement dinner of his longtime friend Fred Payawan and Alex, which was held at his own Trivera resort in Cabangan, Zambales.

The actor shared photos from the gathering on Instagram on August 5. Aside from providing the venue for the occasion, Gerald also served as the host of the celebration.
“Hosted an Engagement Dinner for @frdpywn & @oliverosalexae 💍 Congrats ❤️,” Gerald wrote in his Instagram post.
He then made a playful comment about his experience behind the microphone.

Gerald also tagged Trivera Zambales in the post, highlighting the venue where Fred and Alexa celebrated their engagement dinner with their guests.
Trivera is Gerald’s second resort in Zambales. The property is located in Cabangan and officially began welcoming guests in 2026.
According to PhilSTAR Life, Gerald had been involved in the development of Trivera from the ground up. It is his second property in the province after his first resort in Botolan.
Fred, meanwhile, has known Gerald for many years. The two were both housemates during the first season of “Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition” in 2006.
Their friendship continued even after their time on the reality show. In 2020, Fred was among Gerald’s former housemates who participated in a virtual reunion, as reported by ABS-CBN.
